What is the best treatment for anxiety and panic disorder?
I take a beta-blocker and 25mg The doctor gave me Xanax. But everyone tells me how wrong and Xanax is so addictive. But I still have panic attacks. Is there anyone else taking an SSRI or something to treat anxiety panic attacks? What are the alternatives Xanax?

I have the same disease. Volume Valium, which is much more than Xanax. I had tried a hard time losing Xanax. It is very short and very addictive. Must also, type in cognitive therapy. I have a program for managing anxiety and helped me a lot. If I is the feeling of a panic attack that I am now the intellectual tools to fight and have most of the time I'm capable of doing that.
