What survey questions could I ask for STD's? - std questions
I have a scientific paper I work at the university. I play the role of sexually transmitted diseases, and I have primary research, which means that people need to study and get answers. I survery 10 people. 5 men and 5 women. I wonder, would ask what kind of questionnaire to be good. And please, this is no joke, I want serious answers! Thank you,-P

About STD, what you are looking for? Is this an STD in particular? Or write to the consciousness of society in terms of sexually transmitted diseases? I can imagine that a poll like this is a personal question ... but I think it depends on you. Here are some suggestions:
You know what I mean STD?
Do you know how to protect yourself?
How do you protect yourself against sexually transmitted diseases?
Do you already have an STD in the last 6 months?
What STDs have you had?
They have unprotected sex?
What is the frequency of unprotected sexual intercourse?
I would use the answers you receive in relation to their sex and age, perhaps for the statistics. Hope this helps. :)
